(2) neat tools, accessories, workpieces (products) to be placed neatly, pipes, lines to be organized;

(3) Good lubrication, timely refueling or oil change, continuous oil, no dry friction phenomenon, normal oil pressure, bright oil mark, smooth oil, oil quality meets the requirements, oil gun, oil cup and linoleum clean;

(4) Comply with the safety operation procedures safely, do not overload the equipment, the safety protection devices of the equipment are complete and reliable, and the unsafe factors are eliminated in time.

The maintenance of equipment generally includes routine maintenance, regular maintenance, regular inspection and precision inspection. Equipment lubrication and cooling system maintenance is also an important part of equipment maintenance.

The daily maintenance of equipment is the basic work of equipment maintenance, which must be institutionalized and standardized. The work quota and material consumption quota shall be formulated for the regular maintenance of equipment, and the assessment shall be carried out according to the quota. The regular maintenance of equipment shall be included in the assessment content of the workshop contract responsibility system. Regular inspection of equipment is the 1 kind of planned preventive inspection. The means of inspection include not only human senses, but also certain inspection tools and instruments, which are carried out according to regular inspection cards. Regular inspection is also called regular spot inspection. The mechanical equipment should also be checked for accuracy to determine the actual accuracy of the equipment.

Equipment maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with maintenance procedures. Equipment maintenance procedures are the requirements and regulations for the daily maintenance of equipment. (3) Check and evaluate the contents and methods of equipment maintenance by operators.

Three-level maintenance system of equipment

The three-level maintenance system began in the mid-1960s in our country, before summarizing. Sue. The three-level maintenance system includes: daily maintenance and 1 of the equipment. Level 1 maintenance and level 2 maintenance. The three-level maintenance system is a mandatory maintenance system that focuses on the operator and gives equal importance to the equipment. The three-level maintenance system is an effective way to rely on the masses, give full play to the enthusiasm of the masses, implement group management and group repair, combine specialized groups, and do a good job in equipment maintenance.

Routine maintenance of (I) equipment

The daily maintenance of equipment generally includes daily maintenance and weekly maintenance, also known as daily maintenance and weekly maintenance.

1. Daily maintenance

Daily routine maintenance is carried out by equipment operators on duty, earnestly doing the four things before the shift, the 5 attention in the shift and the four things after the shift.

(1) Digest the drawing data for the first four things in the shift and check the shift change records. Wipe the equipment, lubricate and refuel as specified. Check whether the handle position and manual operation position are correct and flexible, and whether the safety device is reliable. Low-speed operation to check whether the transmission is normal, lubrication, cooling is smooth.

(2) Pay 5 attention to the operation sound, temperature, pressure, liquid level, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, instrument signals and safety insurance of the equipment.

(3) After the shift, turn off the switch for four things and put all the handles in the zero position. Remove iron filings and dirt, clean the oil on the guide surface and sliding surface of the equipment, and add oil. Clean the work site and arrange accessories and tools. Fill in the records of shift change and the records of the transfer station, and handle the procedures for shift change.

2. Weekly Insurance

Weekly maintenance is carried out by equipment operators every weekend. The maintenance time is 2h for general equipment and 4h for fine, large and thin equipment.

(1) the appearance of clean equipment guide rail, all transmission parts and exposed parts, clean the work site. To achieve internal and external clean, no dead corners, no rust, clean and tidy surrounding environment.

(2) Operate the transmission to check the technical condition of each part, tighten the loose part, and adjust the fit clearance. Check the interlock and safety device. The transmission sound is normal, safe and reliable.

(3) hydraulic lubrication cleaning oil line, dust felt, oil filter, oil tank to add oil or change oil. Check the hydraulic system to ensure that the oil quality is clean, the oil circuit is smooth, and there is no leakage or damage.

(4) The electrical system wipes the surface of the motor and snakeskin tube, and checks the insulation and grounding to achieve integrity, cleanliness and reliability.

(II) 1. Level maintenance

1 Level -1 maintenance is mainly based on operators, with the assistance of maintenance workers, to disassemble and inspect parts of the equipment according to the plan, clean the specified parts, dredge the oil lines and pipelines, replace or clean the oil lines, felt and oil filters, adjust the fit clearance of various parts of the equipment, and fasten the various parts of the equipment. 1 Level -1 maintenance takes 4-8h. After the 1 maintenance is completed, records shall be made and the defects that have not been cleared shall be indicated, and the workshop mechanic shall organize acceptance. The scope of 1 insurance should be all the equipment in use by the enterprise, and the key equipment should be strictly implemented. The main purpose of 1 insurance is to reduce equipment wear, eliminate hidden dangers, extend the service life of equipment, and provide equipment guarantee for the completion of production tasks during the next 1 insurance period.

(III) secondary maintenance

Secondary maintenance is based on maintenance workers, operators to participate in the completion. Secondary maintenance is included in the maintenance plan of the equipment. Partial disassembly inspection and repair of the equipment, replacement or repair of worn parts, cleaning, oil change, inspection and repair of electrical parts, so that the technical condition of the equipment fully meets the requirements of the specified equipment integrity standards. Secondary maintenance takes about 7 days.

After the completion of the second guarantee, the maintenance workers shall fill in the maintenance records in detail, which shall be accepted by the workshop mechanics and operators, and the acceptance form shall be submitted to the equipment power department for filing. The main purpose of the second guarantee is to make the equipment meet the intact standard, improve and consolidate the intact rate of the equipment, and extend the overhaul cycle.
