Technical principle of road trimmer

The road trimmer is mainly based on rotary cutting technology, which realizes effective trimming through the cooperative operation of mechanical structure and power system. Its core components include the car body, engine, cutting blade and transmission system. The specific working principle is as follows:

1. Power drive

The engine or electric motor provides power for the whole machine, and the power is transmitted to the cutting system through the transmission system (such as chain, belt or hydraulic device). Some models use diesel or gasoline engines to adapt to different operating requirements.

2. Cutting system

The cutting blade usually adopts a diamond-shaped double-edged design, and realizes high-speed rotation (the speed can reach thousands of revolutions per minute) through the spiral distribution of the spindle. Under the action of centrifugal force, the blade quickly cuts off the vegetation and blows the debris away from the body through the airflow to avoid secondary cleaning.

3. Hydraulic and mechanical control

The hydraulic system is responsible for adjusting the blade lifting, tilting angle and cutting depth, and cooperating with the telescopic and rotating functions of the mechanical arm to realize multi-angle and multi-position trimming. For example, the combination of hydraulic vertical lifting column and horizontal telescopic arm can adapt to the trimming needs of different road conditions.

4. Intelligent control

Some models are equipped with electronic interlocking system and multi-channel solenoid valve, the operator through the control handle issued instructions, to achieve the equipment start, stop, steering and trimming parameters of accurate control.

Through the cooperative operation of machinery and hydraulics, the technology greatly improves the pruning efficiency and quality, while reducing labor costs and safety risks.
